Informations & Policies

At Royal Nails Bar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please call and schedule a redo appointment. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within five days after your initial service date.  We do not accept redo appointments after five days of your initial services.

We will re-do any service if you are unsatisfied with the quality provided, given that you tell us immediately after the services have been performed. 

As soon as you walk out the salon door, that means you have accepted and are happy with the services provided to you.

We will charge you for the cost of any repairs or replacements that we have to endure because of damages that happened outside of our salon. For example, if your nails or the finish of your nails are damaged (they are broken, chipped or starting to lift ) we will charge you due to your own lack of care.

The redo policy does not cover a change in service or color.

We do not offer refunds for any services or products.

Sanitation Policy

At The Royal Nails Bar, we take the health and safety of our clients and staff very seriously. We follow strict sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for everyone.

Salon Equipment and Tools:

  • We use disposable files, buffers, and pumice stones for each client.

  • All reusable tools are sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave after use.

  • Any tools that cannot be disinfected are disposed of immediately after use.

Personal Tool Kits:

  • We offer personal tool kits for those who prefer to bring their own. These kits are available for $22.00 and include all of the necessary tools for your services. Please feel free to ask our reception for more information.

Salon Environment:

  • Our salon is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at the beginning and end of each day.

  • All surfaces, including tables, chairs, and floors, are wiped down and disinfected frequently throughout the day.

  • Pedicure tubs are disinfected with an EPA-registered hospital disinfectant between each customer and nightly.

  • Our towels and linens are washed in hot water with disinfectant detergent after each use.

Salon Staff:

  • Our staff adheres to proper sanitation procedures. 

  • Our staff members wash their hands thoroughly with soap and water before and after each client.

  • Staff members always wear gloves and face masks when providing services to clients.
